Our best friend/walking buddy/best dog ever Mr. Jinks, aka Jinksie and Dr. Jinks, was rescued November 2007 at 1 1/2 years old. He crossed the rainbow bridge on July 14th, 2023. He was called Jinks because his human siblings loved Scooby-Doo and Mr. just made him sound stately. His fur was such a mess when we got him and our first memory is him “hugging” his human dad after the mats were shaved from his eyes. It was then we realized he was a “hugger” and all you had to do was pat your chest and he would lay his head underneath your chin. He was a bed hog and a huge fan of chips and cheese. He was incredibly gentle and was always patient. He loved going for walks, eating snacks, playing with his toys, and going to his human grandparent’s house where he would get his Chex mix, ham and cheese. He loved his family and we loved him and he will forever be missed! Until we meet again sweet boy!!
