My boss at work asked me to foster Socks (Gray Cat) when he was a small kitten, as she had found him alone in a barn and was allergic. His litter mates had frozen. I didn’t want to keep him. He had Tarzan Syndrome and bit me and my other pets relentlessly. Months into the foster, we hadn’t found a taker, so he became one of the family. At about two years old, he scared the dog, got bit by the dog and suffered a broken lower jaw. He forgave the dog easily and remained his buddy. He feared no dog. He feared nothing, and he was just constantly seeing what he could do and how he could get attention. He loved everyone and could get anyone to play. He had a can-do attitude and enjoyed every day of his life. We will love and miss you forever.
